1. Is my reservation inquiry binding?

No, a reservation inquiry is never binding.

2. When is my reservation binding?

A reservation is binding when the advanced deposit has been paid and you received our final confirmation. Your reservation will automatically be canceled, if the advanced deposit doesn't get paid in time.

3. How do I pay the rental price?

To secure your reservation you have to pay an advanced deposit. The rest payment needs to be done at the key handover on the spot.

4. Forms of payment

The advanced deposit payment can be done by bank transfer, PayPal or credit card (PayPal). You will receive any necessary information from us in time. The rest payment usually needs to be done in cash at the arrival.

5. Rental price and extra costs

The rental price including all costs is being displayed in each object's description and in our confirmation. The rental price and any eventual extra costs are listed here exactly. Further costs will not occure.

6. Pets

Bringing pets has to be explicitly permitted. Please request permission during the reservation process. Bringing pets without prior permission is not allowed.

7. Handing over the rental object

After finalizing the reservation you will receive from us any necessary information regarding arrival and key handover of the accommodation.

8. Termination of contract

Termination of contract in case of a binding reservation is possible under certain conditions, please refer to our full conditions in the section/menu "About Us".
